1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Vyomix Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vyomix Technologies provides software development services including but not limited to mobile app development, web development, custom software development, UI/UX design, and IT consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality obligations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• An upfront deposit is required to commence work
• Progress payments may be tied to project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use generic code, frameworks, and methodologies in other projects. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or proprietary data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) after project delivery to fix bugs and issues in the delivered work. Extended support and maintenance are available as separate services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
